China to boost real economy through legal services
BEIJING -- The Chinese government has announced a nationwide campaign to boost the development of the real economy through legal services.
Local authorities will work with lawyers' associations to establish a collaborative platform for the legal profession and enterprises. This will provide industry-and information technology-related enterprises with legal services across the board, according to an action plan jointly issued by the Ministry of Justice and the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology.
The campaign, spanning from July 2023 to December 2024, aims to help enterprises mitigate legal risks and solve legal problems. It seeks to protect their legitimate rights and interests while also improving their operation and management capabilities.
The campaign will provide a legal guarantee for the country's efforts to foster a new pattern of development that is focused on the domestic economy and features positive interplay between domestic and international economic flows.
