This year, Ma brought several suggestions to the top legislature, covering integration of digital technology and the real economy, rural revitalization, the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area and low-carbon development.
At present, integration of digital technology and the real economy is in a critical period of systematization and overall integration, Ma said.
In terms of technology, industry and society, digital technology keeps its own innovation and integration with traditional industries, becoming a boost for the real economy's digital transformation. Meanwhile, modern social governance and digital public services also provide abundant application scenarios and opportunities for digital technology.
The Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area has a solid foundation in the marine industry, offering unique advantages in developing coastal systems for "blue carbon", or carbon stored in coastal and marine ecosystems, Ma added.
